This system was designed to test flow sensor sensitvity and acuracye. This is done by supplying a known pressure and flow rate which is activily displayed on the DRO (digital read out). Simultaneously we record the digital output of the flow sensor comparing it to the known supply.

Custom quick release assembly I designed for the sensor's parallel barbed fitting.
Since this fixture required a pressurized air supply to provide the controlled inlet pressure and flow for the sensor. I designed the automated electrical connection system with pneumatic cylinders as opposed to electro-mechanical actuators.
